Papers submitted to OTCN 2025 will be reviewed by Technical Committees of the conference. Accepted and presented papers at OTCN 2025 will be included in the OTCN 2025 Conference Proceedings published by SPIE and submitted for inclusion in major databases such as Ei Compendex and Scopus.
